Bible and Battlefield: 7 Lessons from the Civil War for Our Christian Faith Today - update!

Hello everyone! It has been a bit of a wild ride since 2023 began, in good ways and in tough ways. Personally, we lost my grandfather last month. He went home to glory on Feb 17th and now he is completely and totally healed. It was a very difficult time for many in my family but it gave me a chance to reflect on a lot of the things we like to tell people in their time of loss...I think I will put together a podcast or blog post on that later. Just a few thoughts.

Professionally, Bible and Battlefield continues to do very well - thank you all so much for the support!! I could always use more reviews on Amazon but I am continually blessed by what God is doing in and through this. Currently, I am leading the book as a part of our spring Bible study series at my church. This summer, I have been asked to lead a week-long course of my book at Red Rock Camp - I am thrilled and honored! It is going to be a blast. If you're going to Red Rock, come check out the class! As far as what is next, for now I am working on advertising, my website, considering a couple of podcasts (one solo and one with friends), as well as beginning to research for book two. The timetable is fluid but I'll keep you all updated as we go along :) I do need to get to a few locations first this spring and summer...of course I'll share my photos, as always!
